As a hospital that already uses an information system, information security must be maintained. One approach that can minimize attacks on information security is to implement information security governance. The aim of the research is to governance information technology security using COBIT 5. The method of analysis in this study uses the COBIT 5 framework using the DSS05 sub domain and uses the COBIT capability level (level 0-5) method of evaluation results. This study produces recommendations for improvements in information technology security in accordance with the level of capability achieved. In this tool, Solar-Cell panels can move according to the tilt of the sun's direction of motion so that the captured sunlight can be maximized. The electrical energy is used for free tourist facilities such as lighting, internet wi-fi, charging electronic devices, CCTV, and LCD. This tool will be placed in one of the tourist attractions in the city of Padang. So far, based on observations, tourists do not like to linger in tourist attractions because of the lack of free facilities for tourists. They cannot charge their gadgets, cannot access free internet, feel unsafe because there are no CCTV cameras and no audio-visual media. This study aims to attract tourists in the city of Padang for daily relaxation in the Imam Bonjol park, especially at night. Besides that, it can also be used as a promotional medium to increase regional income in the city of Padang. In this research, the method used is experimental method because this research produces a product in the form of a prototype. The product prototype designed in this study is controlled by a smartphone in determining the animation of lights, fountains and MP3s. This system also uses a Push Button for timing animation and timing and a matrix panel as a container for displaying text from existing activities. This system can run simultaneously at one time if needed. If the structure does not run according to its functions and duties, it will cause a problem. Likewise for the Chinese Ethnic residents, where in choosing the location and layout of the tomb according to feng shui they still use the subjective aspect. Therefore, a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) was built, including tomb layout where the system provides information about the tomb grouping, tomb owner information, tomb rental price information, tomb conditions, number of tombs that are still empty and makes a feasibility analysis of the level funeral suitability. In the process of introducing a variety of bananas are generally done in two ways, firstly done manually by humans to introduce bananas and secondly to use destructive methods by taking samples. The problem that occurs in this second process is having relatively large and greater costs. This requires a system that can classify bananas using digital image processing and the Vector Support Machine (SVM) implemented in this study. The image of a banana is taken with a Xiaomi Note 4x cellphone camera and is processed using Matlab software. Digital images are used to extract the shape and texture features of bananas, while SVM is used for banana classification. This study uses 420 images of bananas divided into 7 classes, namely Ambon banana class, Barangan banana class, golden banana class, Kepok banana class, Raja banana class, milk banana class and banana horn class. Where in the test using cross validation for 7 classes of bananas. However, the learning media </em><em>which </em><em>used </em><em>we</em><em>re in conventional form, </em><em>as found at </em><em>digital simulation </em><em>subjects</em><em>. It </em><em>wa</em><em>s assumed that technology-based learning media </em><em>could</em><em> help learning activities, and the technology chosen is Android. </em><em>The research objective is to test the validity of the development of learning aids in the form of android for digital simulation learning activities</em><em>. </em><em>This research using</em><em> the Research and Development method 4D development</em><em>s</em><em> (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). </em><em>Validity testing is one of the 4D development steps, namely define</em><em>. So it is less efficient in updating the object data. Researchers try to solve problems that occur by implementing geographic information systems that are implemented with the Google Maps API. In this study, data collection uses the RnD (Research and Development) method, while the system design used is OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis Design).
